Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please initiate a “Request for Return” from your customer account on the Kavanaugh’s coins website within 30 days. All return requests are subject to review and approval by the Kavanaugh’s Coins staff (as returns will not be allowed for certain reasons – such as Market Price Fluctuation). Returns must be in the same condition as received. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. In all situations, final pricing for your order will be determined at the time of checkout. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

 

Market Fluctuation Policy

Upon placing your order the transaction becomes a binding agreement. Your price becomes locked-in as soon as you click “place order” during the checkout process. You’ll be emailed a confirmation number as soon as your order is placed. If you cancel your order once placed, any amount refunded will be offset by our current buy price. For additional clarity, you will be responsible for any loss in value incurred during the cancellation process, as well as, a $25.00 (USD) cancellation fee. All market gains on returns or cancellations will remain the property of Kavanaugh’s Coins.
